From Piazzale Roma, Venice car terminals:

It's necessary to park the car at Piazzale Roma, where there are two big carparks: 'Garage Comunale' and 'Garage San Marco' in Piazzale Roma terminal.
From the terminals you can either catch a private taxi boat to Locanda Barbarigo or take the public boat transport ACTV line n. 1 (direction to «San Marco») and get off at stop 'Santa Maria del Giglio', you reach Campo Santa Maria del Giglio, turn left and always keeping the left side cross the bridge and you will reach the 'Fondamenta Duodo/Barbarigo', where our Locanda is situated, (2503/A).

From 'Santa Lucia', Venice train station:

Out of the train station you take the public boat transport ACTV line n. 1 and get off at the stop 'Santa Maria del Giglio'. From there to reach the Locanda Barbarigo, see the above information.

From 'Marco Polo' International Airport Venice

Outside of the arrivals area take a bus shuttle to the dock. From there you can take a private taxi to the Locanda Barbarigo and arrive in front of the it. There is also a direct public shuttle transport 'ALILAGUNA' from the Airport to the historical center of the city that takes about 1hr and 10 minutes ( timetables available at www.alilaguna.it web site) you get off at San Marco, Calle Vallaresso, stop. From there you can take the public boat transport ACTV line n.1 ( direction to 'Piazzale Roma') and get off at the stop 'Santa Maria del Giglio'. From there to reach the Locanda Barbarigo, see the above information. You can also walk from San Marco to our Locanda. You will walk along one of the most famous fashion street of Venice, called Calle XXII Marzo. At the end of this street, cross the bridge and you will reach Campo 'Santa Maria del Giglio'. Once you are there go straight on and keeping the left side, cross the next bridge turn on the left and you will find the 'Fondamenta Duodo/Barbarigo' where our Locanda is situated, (2503/A).
